Execution instructions
  1. Stand up with a straight back.
  2. Make a lateral step to the right, bend your right knee to lower your bust while pushing your left foot behind you, as if to perform a lunge. Lower until your right thigh is parallel to the floor. At the same time, you can lift your left arm and place it over your head.
  3. Get back up by pushing on your right leg and immediately make a lateral step to the left, similar to the previous step.
  4. Continue to alternate lateral steps and lunges.
