Dumbbell lateral raises
Instructions
  1. Stand straight with a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing you, arms on your side, knees slightly bent.
  2. While maintaining your body in a stationary position, raise the dumbbells on the sides while keeping your arms straight. The dumbbells must not go higher than the level of your shoulders.
  3. Slowly lower your arms towards your body, but don't let the dumbbells touch you (to keep the muscles contracted during the set).
