Execution instructions
  1. Place heavy dumbbells on the floor. Lower yourself by bending your legs and keeping your back straight, grab a dumbbell in each hand and stand up (keeping your back straight). This is the starting position.
  2. Walk with the dumbbells close to your body, arms stretched.
