Execution instructions
  1. Stand up and hold one end of the rope in each hand.
  2. Position the rope on the ground behind you and raise your forearms to get the rope over your head then in front of you.
  3. When the rope reaches your legs, jump over it with both feet.
  4. Continue rotating the rope around you thanks to rotations of your wrists.
