Instructions
  1. Stand up, with your feet together and your arms stretched in front of you.
  2. Make a small jump to land with your legs apart and arms stretched on the sides. Bend your legs to lower your hips, as if sitting on a chair, until your thighs are parallel to the floor.
  3. Get up explosively and make a jump to get back to your starting position (standing, feet together, arms stretched in front of you).
