You're a woman, you want to lose weight but you're a beginner and you don't know much about gyms and fitness? It's time to take action with our plan especially designed for beginners like you and created by a professional coach. This workout program alternates between high-intensity circuits (HIIT), known to burn fat, and conventional cardio exercises like running on a treadmill or biking. If you are intimidated by the weight room of your gym, rest assured: the exercises circuits rarely require weights (but you'll use the cardio machines intensively!). You are a beginner and this is why detailed instructions are just one click away from each exercise. We thought about everything! You will train for 8 weeks at a pace of 3 sessions per week: enough to bring results while avoiding overtraining to keep your motivation in the long run. The program consists of a block of 4 weeks with 6 circuit sessions, 4 cardio sessions and 2 core strength sessions. The block is repeated twice by increasing the training volume. This plan is quite similar to the weight loss plan for beginner man, but the volume and difficulty of the trainings are lower in the circuits. Following a suitable meal plan (available soon) can help you speed up your weight loss but may not be necessary. First, observe the results you get with the workouts only.
