Instructions
  1. Sit on a bench with your hands on the edge.
  2. Raise your hips to get to the starting position.
  3. Slowly lower your hips by bending your elbows, keeping the pelvis close to the bench.
  4. Slowly go back to the starting position, but do not lock the elbows.
