Instructions
  1. Take a dumbbell with both hands and place it over your head, arms slightly bent. You are standing, your back is straight and your knees are slightly bent.
  2. Lower the dumbbell behind your head until your arm is fully bent. Only the forearms should move: the rest of the body is stationary.
  3. Raise the dumbbell back to the starting position.
Tip!
If you are a beginner, prefer an alternative exercise using cables or use light weights.
